At Beauty Box we request you arrive 10 minutes earlier than your allotted treatment time to complete
a client consultation form. Over 65’s prices apply Wednesdays and Fridays only.

When booking your treatment please make us aware of any medical conditions which may affect your
treatment including pregnancy.

After your first visit please keep us updated of any new medical treatment or medication you may be
receiving as the therapist may need to adjust your treatment.

We may require a deposit of 50% of the cost of treatment at the time of booking if there is more than one
treatment requested or a package.

Beauty Box cannot permit children under the age of 11yrs into the treatment area. Any children 11-16 receiving a treatment will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We appreciate a minimum of 24 hrs notice if cancelling an appointment. You may incur a charge of 50% of the total
treatment cost should this not be given.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service but in the event you are unhappy with the service
that you have received from us we would like to hear your feedback and request that any comments or complaints
are put in writing via email or post to the management and will be responded.

Beauty Box gift vouchers are a lovely present for a friend or loved one.
They are available for a specific treatment or to any value.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended once expired.
Vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used towards treatments or retail products purchased from Beauty Box only. Only original Beauty Box vouchers accepted.
